Valid, government-issued photo ID for all parties.

3 times the monthly rent, 3rd party credit screen, require proof of income with 3rd party verification.

2 most recent paystubs or bank statements showing recurring payroll deposits. If self-employed, the
most recent year's tax return and 2 bank statements are required. All proof of income will be verified
through a 3rd party platform.

The roommate will not be approved to lease/live onsite.

The security deposit is refundable pending any damages, outstanding balances etc. and is handled in accordance with Texas law.
Provide 60-day written notice, pay termination fee, and pay back any concessions.
